What is your turnaround time?
We will complete your project within 2 weeks from the deposit or PO approval.
If you need it sooner, please contact the shop to discuss a rush order.
What file format do you need for my artwork?
If you already have a logo or artwork for decoration, please provide a SVG file of the artwork.
Can you help with creating artwork for me?
Yes!
If you already have artwork and need assistance vectorizing the file, there will be a $20 charge for the artwork.
If you do not know where to start or don’t have any artwork, we would love to help bring your idea to life.
Is there a minimum order for screen printing?
Screen printing minimum is 15 items.
Is there a minimum order for embrodiery?
Embroidery minimum is 10 items.
Can you use items provided by me, or do I have to purcase through Tubby's Tees?
Yes you can provide your own items for your project!
If you provide your own item(s) to decorate, we are not responsible for any damage and or misprinting of the item.
In addition, any orders under 50 will have an additional charge per item.
